IT Service Desk – The Bridge

Information Systems at the Bridge is located in the Z. Smith Reynolds Library on the main floor of the Wilson Wing.
To find parking on campus, please see our Parking Map.

As you may have heard, upcoming construction in the Z. Smith Reynolds (ZSR) Library this summer will affect how visitors access the Bridge Help Desk. Construction is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May, 20 and during this time, things might look a little different when you come to see us in person. Don’t worry, though – we are absolutely still here to help you with all your tech questions!
The main thing to note is that the usual entrance you’re used to will look different. Throughout these changes, we’ll have clear signs posted directing you to the west or east entrances so you can still come in and chat with our friendly team face-to-face. Should you need access to an ADA friendly entrance, please use the main entrance of ZSR.
During the summer, the Bridge will be temporarily located inside the ZSR Library’s 24-hour study area, just past the front entrance. This is a change from our usual location accessible through the atrium.

Of course, if trekking to a different door isn’t most convenient for you, remember you can always reach us the same ways you always have:
- Email: Shoot us an email at help@wfu.edu anytime with your questions.
- Chat: Our online chat is still up and running for quick assistance.
- Call: If you’re unsure on where to go, always feel free to give the Bridge a call for directions at 336-758-4357
We’re committed to making sure you get the tech support you need throughout the summer, even with the construction going on. So, whether you prefer to see a smiling face or type out your query, we’ve got you covered. Just keep an eye out for those signs if you’re planning an in-person visit.
Thanks for your patience and understanding as enhancements are made to ZSR! We look forward to helping you, no matter how you reach out.

The Bridge is looking for student workers.
