Purchasing Notes
Order confirmations: Once you purchase, you will receive an email from wfu@bkstr.com with your order number. This can take up to 24 hours. You will receive another email once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up or shipped.
Receipt: If you had your laptop shipped, the packing slip attached to your box is considered proof of purchase. If you purchased in store, you will receive a receipt upon purchase.
Technology Grant: A Technology Grant covers either of the two Wakeware standard models (13″ MacBook Air or Surface Laptop 5) but can be applied to any other model in the WakeWare line.
Please note, the bookstore carries additional computer options that do NOT come with SafeWare damage and repair protection. Look for ‘WakeWare’ in the product name to ensure your device is protected with SafeWare.
Bookstore policies and programs:
The Bookstore’s return policy states any unopened laptop may be returned within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Laptops are non-refundable after you have opened the packaging and turned the computer on.
The Bookstore has partnered with PayPal Credit to provide a financing option on select devices and Safeware Trade Up for eligible device trade in. Visit the bookstore to learn more!
