Away from campus and need your WakeWare computer repaired?

  • If your WakeWare laptop is bundled with Safeware, visit Safeware.com, navigate to “Report a Claim,” select “advanced search,” and enter your serial number to begin the claim process. Safeware will let you know where the closest Safeware certified technician is near you or provide you a shipping label to send your laptop in for repair.
  • If your WakeWare laptop is bundled with Dell ProSupport, visit the Dell Support portal and enter your serial number. A variety of options for support will become available to you.
