Student Technology Advisory Committee (STAC)
The Student Technology Advisory Committee (STAC) is an ongoing advisory committee that makes recommendations to Information Systems on student-facing projects. STAC serves as the student-centered arm of the IT Advisory structure, falling laterally with CIT, the academic arm, and ITPC, the administrative arm.
Data Governance Council

Technology Accessibility Committee
The Technology Accessibility Committee (TAC) at Wake Forest University is an advisory group acting to advance the accessibility of our campus technology. TAC’s foundational motivation is to have the University’s technological ecosystem continually progressing towards being more accessible to users of campus technology.
Workday
The Workday Initiative Team (WIT) will be the on-going, cross-functional initiative team that makes recommendations to the IT Partners’ Council (ITPC) and/or the Workday Steering Committee (WSC) for the Workday Program.
Student Services and Engagement
The initiative team on Student Services and Engagement (SSE) will coordinate and recommend initiatives to improve the use of technology to support student enrollment, registration, financial aid, advising, living, and co-curricular services and activities.
Payment Card Compliance
This committee serves in an advisory role to guide and monitor the University’s cardholder data environment to ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and related University policies and procedures.
Learning Management Systems
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) initiative team will convene faculty and staff with primary roles in supporting the LMS to share best practices, discuss LMS support challenges and identify emerging or unmet needs.
Learning Spaces
In response to the demand to modernize existing classrooms and learning spaces across campus, the initiative team on Learning Spaces (LS) will provide input to the plan which phases renovations of existing learning spaces and specifies creation of new active learning spaces.
