DeaconSpace (Virtual EMS) is the University’s space request system – simply log in with your WFU credentials to view available rooms, browse events, and request spaces.

Available to Faculty and Staff – CrashPlan is an automated online backup solution for data stored on your primary WFU-issued computer. Your data is automatically backed up on a periodic basis and can be recovered easily in the event of computer failure.
Students may purchase with an education discount through WakeWare. Faculty and staff now have the option to choose a Microsoft Surface, Lenovo, or Apple computer through the distribution process.
Cognos is IBM’s business intelligence (BI) and performance management software suite. The software is designed to enable users to extract data, analyze it and assemble reports.
The Class Recording Kit provides faculty with self-service, easy-to-use video recording kits designed to record or broadcast (Google Meet, Webex, Zoom) an in-person class event to share with students who are unable to attend.
Canvas is Wake Forest’s Learning Management System (LMS) well known for its usability and mobile app.
Faculty, students, and staff have access to Camtasia, a screen recording and video editing tool that allows you to record onscreen activity, audio and webcam video, and narrate existing PowerPoint presentations. Through Camtasia, you can record, edit, produce, and share course content.
TVs can be connected to WFU Cable TV network. Watch streaming channels with Stream2, available to all WFU faculty, staff, and students.
