Installation Instructions
- CLICK HERE TO CREATE ADOBE ACCOUNT
- Click Submit on the Google Form screen to automatically create your WFU Adobe Enterprise account (make sure you are logged in to your @wfu.edu Google account).
- Check your @wfu.edu email for a verification that your account was created.
*Please note: Make sure that you use your @wfu email. Using your personal email address may result in charges.
- Click here to open the Adobe website.
- Click Sign In in the top-right of the website.
- Enter your @wfu.edu email address. You will automatically be redirected to use your WFU Google account for authentication.
- Once back to the Adobe website, click the blue Download button.
- Locate the downloaded installer and complete the normal installation steps.
- Once the Adobe CC window appears, click Continue to login via your browser.
- Enter your @wfu.edu email address. You will automatically be redirected to use your WFU Google account for authentication.
- Once you are successfully signed in, go back to the Adobe CC window.
- Click Start Installing.
- The Adobe CC desktop application installation will begin.
- Once the installation is completed, you are now logged into Adobe CC. From this menu, you can click Install for any of the Adobe CC applications that are available. You can click as many as you would like and the installs will run until completed.
- Why Are My Adobe Creative Cloud Appls Showing “Trial” or “Buy Now”?
- This can happen if your Adobe application is not properly picking up your Adobe license and can usually be fixed one of two ways.
- Fix 1: Log out of the Adobe Creative Cloud application and sign in again. Instructions.
- Fix 2: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud application, reboot and reinstall it again.
