Video Conferencing

IS offers a variety of video conferencing solutions for faculty, staff, and students. These services are offered free of charge to the Wake Forest University community during regular business hours, though non-Wake Forest guests may reserve rooms for a fee (excluding ZSR Room 204).

Possible video conferencing uses include:

• Host events featuring experts at other universities or research institutions
• Hold classes with professors at other universities (Harvard, Duke, Berkeley, and more!)
• One-on-one interviews

Conferences should be scheduled a minimum of one week in advance to ensure room and equipment availability. After hours, weekend and holiday events must be scheduled two weeks in advance to provide sufficient notice for staffing.

If video is not required, Polycom audio conference systems can be rented through the Telecom department.
