External AV & Event Support

Events, conferences, and meetings on campus can sometimes have audio/visual requirements that go beyond what is available in regularly-outfitted spaces.

For these events, the Multimedia department recommends the following outside AV vendors:

Before scheduling an event, feel free to contact the Multimedia department for information or a recommendation. Many spaces on campus are already equipped for large-scale events; for example, Benson 401, Pugh Auditorium, and the Admissions Auditorium.
