Use these instructions to setup the option to send from your Alias email address in your WFU Google Mail account. If you do not already have an WFU Alias created, you must first request one from the WFU IS Service Desk.
Use these instructions to fetch all of the emails within your @wfu.edu and move them to a personal @gmail.com account. This will need to be done before your account is deleted from the WFU system.

You are required to enter your DeacNetID - (username)@wfu.edu - and your password to access your student Google account and all GSuite apps, including email, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Hangouts. Your DeacNetID (username) and password will provide access to your WFU Google Mail account as well as Wake Information Network (WIN) and other online services. Your password should not be shared with anyone.
Guest Accounts will be required to enable G2SV and will need to be linked to one phone number (cell or office number) in order to initially enable. Use these instructions to enable authenticator for multiple users.
