Student to Staff Account Transition
Congratulations on your graduation from Wake Forest and your transition to a staff member! Here are some helpful tips about your WFU account and access to resources as a staff member:
- Your WFU username and e-mail address will remain the same.
- Email that you received as a student will remain in your account as a staff member.
- If you are currently forwarding your WFU e-mail to a personal account, this will remain active and will not change.
- Your WIN username and password will remain the same and will not change as a result of your employment.
- Once you’ve started in your new position, if you find that you need access to specific departmental shared drives, please ask that your supervisor request this access via ResolveIT.
- If your position requires Banner access, please ask that your supervisor submit a request via ResolveIT. Your supervisor must provide us with either the security classes to which you will need access, or a specific Banner account which has the same access that you will need.
