Prompt page displays huge prompts​, no scroll bars,​ missing radio buttons, or lost function with Cognos

You've logged onto Cognos using IE, executed a report, and now see a prompt page where the prompts are fully expanded.  So, prompts with 50 values are expanded to show all 50 values with no scroll bar. 

This will happen if cognos.wfu.edu is not defined in your trusted sites. To add it:

1.  Open Internet Explorer.
2.  Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security
3.  Select Trusted Sites
4.  Then select the Sites button.
5.  Add https://cognos.wfu.edu

6.  Select Close.
7. Go to Tools -> Compatibility View Settings.  Verify that wfu.edu is listed.  If it is not, add it.

8. Select Close.
9. Close your browser and open a new one.  Log into Cognos and verify that your prompts how are minimized with scroll bars.
