Online course lesson will not complete – troubleshooting steps

Please try the following steps if you have attempted to complete a lesson but the lesson status does not change to “completed.”


Step 1

Open the lesson and drag the progress bar back to the beginning

Repeatedly click the “Next/Forward” button until you skip all the way through the lesson

Repeatedly click next until the lesson ends

Let the last slide play out until the window automatically closes

At this point the underlying lesson window should refresh and the lesson status should say completed


Step 2

If Step 1 is unsuccessful, please reset your browser cache or use an incognito window in Chrome (Shift + Control/Command + N) and try to complete the lesson again.
