Creating a ticket with ResolveIT (Remedy)
Use our online portal, ResolveIT, to easily submit a ticket online. Check out the service pages for links to specific requests. ResolveIT is accessible via desktop only.
- Access ResolveIT (this site requires a pop-ups to be allowed)
- Log in with your WFU account username and password
- Choose a Category, and then select a corresponding Available Request
- Click Request Now and enter the information to fill out the ticket
- The ticket is automatically assigned to the submitter.
- You will receive an email once you have successfully submitted the ticket.
