Creating a ticket with ResolveIT (Remedy)


  • Access ResolveIT
  • Log in with your regular WFU account credentials
  • Choose a Category, and then select a corresponding Available Requestremedy screenshot
  • Click Request Now and enter the information to fill out the ticket
  • The ticket is automatically assigned to the submitter. You will receive a confirmation email.
