Creating a ticket with ResolveIT (Remedy)

  • Access ResolveIT (this site requires a pop-ups to be allowed)
  • Log in with your WFU account username and password
  • Choose a Category, and then select a corresponding Available Requestremedy screenshot
  • Click Request Now and enter the information to fill out the ticket
  • The ticket is automatically assigned to the submitter.
  • You will receive an email once you have successfully submitted the ticket.
