Clear browser cache in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari

Choose your browser to view instructions for clearing the browser cache:

Internet Explorer

In IE, go to Tools and select Delete browsing history


Be sure only the “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data options are checked”.  Do not check any other option.

Click on Delete.

Close your browser and open a new one.

Go to Tools -> Compatibility View Settings.  Verify that is listed.  If it is not, add it.

Select Close.



In Firefox, go to Tools and select Options

Select Advanced – Network tab and then click on the Clear Now button

Click on OK.  Close your browser and open a new one.



In Chrome select the Customize button in the top right (the 3 bars icon)

Choose More Tools – Clear browsing data

In the next window check Cookies and other site and plug-in data plus Cached images and files then click Clear browsing data

Close the customize browser window.  Close your browser and open a new one.



In Safari select History – Clear History and Website Data

In the next window Select Clear History

Close your browser and open a new one.
