SpiderOak – Transition to CrashPlan Information

WFU Information Systems, in partnership with University governance groups, has chosen CrashPlan as the University's campus-wide backup solution for Faculty and Staff. SpiderOak, a formerly-offered backup service, will be decommissioned on June, 30th 2017. You must take steps to retrieve your data from SpiderOak or it will be deleted after June 30th, 2017.

Uninstall SpiderOak

SpiderOak will be decommissioned on June 30, 2017 – all data must be restored to the user’s computer or it will be deleted. Ensure that you have downloaded your data from SpiderOak before uninstalling the program.
