The WakerSpace originally began as a temporary home for student health located in Lot Q. The WakerSpace will serve as a location for faculty to hold classes and for students to experiment with various forms of technology. The WakerMakerSpace will help aid in our vision and help assist in building a multimodal and digital culture at Wake.
Lots of materials were repurposed to help bring the WakerSpace into fruition. The space consists of the following: Podcasting, leather and wood room, crafts, sewing, animation and more.
Please contact Paul Whitener, email@example.com, for a tour of the space and in the meantime checkout this time lapse video of the WakerSpace.
