Wake Forest University’s Workday platform is a modern, cloud-based, enterprise system of record for campus HR, payroll, budget, finance, and other business functions. Workday is also Wake Forest’s new student information system (“SIS”), supporting data and processes related to the student educational journey through admission, enrollment, academic records, academic advising, curriculum management, degree planning, and financial aid. Workday’s academic functions are new as of Spring 2024, with the campus launch of Workday Student, known as Project WakeDay.

Weekly maintenance is scheduled for every Saturday. Please check Statuspage for specific details. In addition, every 6 months Workday provides a large release of new features/functionality, ensuring that we have the most current tools available.
