Guest Accounts

Guest Accounts Service Information

Guest accounts may be requested by a Guest Account Sponsor (faculty or staff member) and are issued for a maximum of one year.

Guest Account Sponsors are responsible for:

  • confirming the guest account holder has a legitimate Wake Forest University academic or business reason for the account.
  • ensuring the guest account holder is aware of and conforms to the University’s Policy on Responsible and Ethical Use of Computing Resources.
  • serving as the point of contact for questions or concerns around the account activity.
  • requesting a guest account extension, if applicable.

Guest accounts may be requested through the AskDeac Help Portal, or by calling the Service Desk at 336-758-4357 (HELP).
